Day 01 : Arrive
Trivandrum
On arrival in Trivandrum, assistance at airport train
station and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day free
to get over jet lag.
Day 02 : Trivandrum
– Thottapally
Drive to Thottapally and board Houseboat, lunch and
dinner on board. O/N on board the Houseboat cruising
through the backwaters to Alleppey
Day 03 : Arrive
Alleppey – Kumarakom
Disembark from the Houseboat after breakfast at Alleppey
and drive to Kumarakom. Overnight in Kumarakom at a
resort on the banks of the backwaters
Day 04 : In
Kumarakom
Full day free for independent activities or to visit
the bird sanctuary.
Day 05 : Kumarakom
– Periyar
Kumarakom to Periyar enroute visit tea and spice plantations.
Evening visit the Kumily spice market.
Day 06 : In
Periyar
Early Morning take a guided hiking in the forest. Afternoon
enjoy a boat ride in the lake to watch wildlife.
Day 07 : Periyar
- Munnar
Morning drive to Munnar. Afternoon visit to Tata tea
factory. Rest of the day free to explore this sleepy
town.
Day 08 : Munnar
- Cochin
Drive to Cochin and afternoon city sightseeing. Evening
